Terms of Service

By accessing or using skyhighexamprep.com or booking any session through Sky High Exam Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Sky High Exam Prep provides live, 1-on-1 virtual mock oral checkride sessions for Private Pilot License (PPL) students. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet and are educational and advisory in nature.

Our services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), or any other aviation authority. We are an independent provider of exam preparation services.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session or use our website. By booking, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling at skyhighexamprep.as.me. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Current session prices are:

• Mock Checkride — $97 (2-hour live mock oral exam via Google Meet, written debrief included)

• Checkride Ready — $147 (Mock Checkride + 30-minute live debrief call + targeted study plan)

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is:

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session: you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session: no refund will be issued. You may reach out to us to discuss rescheduling at our discretion.

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact us at skyhighexamprep@gmail.com.

Our sessions are designed to help you identify knowledge gaps and build confidence before your FAA practical exam. However, Sky High Exam Prep makes no guarantee, express or implied, that completing a session will result in passing your checkride or obtaining any FAA certificate or rating.

Your success depends on your own preparation, knowledge, and performance on the day of your exam. We are a supplemental educational tool, not a substitute for thorough self-study and flight training.

All content on skyhighexamprep.com — including text, graphics, logos, and study materials — and all written debrief documents delivered to you after your session are the intellectual property of Sky High Exam Prep. You may use debrief materials for your own personal exam preparation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky High Exam Prep and its owners, instructors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
